About Me

I trained with Wessex Counselling & Psychotherapy in Frome. I'm a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council. I abide by both of their professional Codes of Ethics. I also gained a qualification in Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Supervision from Severn and Thames Psychotherapy Network in Bristol.

My psychodynamic background means I can help you to think about yourself within the context of your childhood and growing up. Our ways of connecting with others are often learnt at a young age and these patterns can continue throughout our lives and affect our relationships. Exploring these patterns can help us feel more balanced and self-aware and can enhance our relationships with others.

I work from my consulting room at home, two miles south of Bath, in the quiet, picturesque village of Monkton Combe. There is free parking nearby.
