Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope. Feeling emotionally 'out of kilter' can make everyday tasks seem unmanageable or even impossible and together we can think about what might feel out of balance in your life.
Being able to talk to someone who is neutral and non-judgemental can facilitate self-awareness and enable us to draw upon our own inner resources. The answers we seek are often to be found within ourselves and being able to explore our internal world can lead to transformation and growth. I can offer you a safe and supportive space where we can make this journey together. Reflecting on the way in which we communicate unconsciously, as well as how scenarios from the past can seem to replay in the present, can lead to further insight.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy. If you'd like to discuss how we might work together, please do contact me. An initial assessment, offered at a reduced rate, is an opportunity for us to meet and see whether the 'fit' feels right, with no obligation to continue afterwards.
